Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We offer refunds and exchanges on items purchased from Story Line Books on a case-by-case basis, but generally we do not offer refunds or exchanges except on products purchased from our online store that arrive with the recipient in damaged or unusable condition. We offer partial refunds or store exchanges (at our discretion) on books that arrive in a damaged but still usable state. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (by you) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Returns/refunds must be initiated within three (3) days of delivery to the recipient. To initiate a return/refund, please take a photograph of the item in question and send to returns@storylinebooks.com. Once your photo is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the purchase price of the item (including any discounts applied at the time of purchase) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing times may vary based on your bank’s policies and procedures.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return.
