DESCRIPTION:Kiki Garcia published her first book when she was 9 years old. She’s going to come read it to us on Saturday\, May 10. \nA proud member of the Migizi (Bald Eagle) Clan\, Kiki wrote Fishing by Torchlight\, which was published earlier this year. She has recently returned from a multi-city book tour where she met with fans delighted by her wonderful storytelling: this book is a fictional account of friends going spearfishing as an exercise of their treaty rights. Kiki reminisces fondly of spearfishing with her father\, and views the story as a celebration of her heritage and our shared national history.
